Non-tecky Round Robin Assignment setup in Pardot
Did you know that you can handle your incoming-marketing-leads round-robining in Pardot instead of Salesforce?
In Salesforce, round-robining leads can be tricky. Enterprise companies usually go for paid solutions from the AppExchange or use coded trigger.
In Pardot, it is much easier to setup for the less-tecky folks out there.
All you have to do is go to Admin –> User Management –> Users, and add a User Group.
When you have created a User Group, easily add the Users to the group by selecting users you want to add and opening the drop-down below to select "Add users to group" option.
Once you’ve added all of the Users that you want to the group, you can use completion actions and/or automation rules to “assign prospect to user in group,” which will round-robin them!
